Applicable to all B2B transactions with RCHBusiness

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed with RCHBusiness by professional customers (B2B). Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Orders

All orders must be confirmed in writing by email. RCHBusiness reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding a previous order.

3. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros excluding VAT. RCHBusiness reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed between the parties at the time of the order. Any delay in payment will result in late payment penalties equal to three times the legal interest rate, plus a fixed recovery fee of €40.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are given as an indication only and do not constitute a firm commitment. RCHBusiness cannot be held liable for delays due to carriers or cases of force majeure.

6. Applicable law

These general terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before resorting to the competent courts of Clermont-Ferrand, France.
